Terms of Service

By registering for an account, provisioning a service, or otherwise using shreenova.cloud, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Shreenova Cloud provides bare-metal servers, cloud compute (Cloud VPS and Windows Hosting), storage hosting, and related infrastructure services described on our website. Specific specifications, pricing, and features for each service are as published on the relevant product page at the time of order, and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration and billing information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by users you authorize.

You may not use Shreenova Cloud services to:

• Host, distribute, or transmit unlawful content under Nepali or applicable international law.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or engage in other spam-related activity.
• Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized intrusion attempts against third parties.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell services in violation of your plan's terms without prior written agreement.

We investigate reported violations and may suspend or terminate service for confirmed breaches, per Section 7.

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the service and billing option selected, in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay an invoice within the stated grace period may result in service suspension. Prices for existing services will not increase mid-billing-cycle; changes take effect at your next renewal with at least 30 days' notice.

We target 99.98% network uptime for Bare Metal and Cloud VPS services, and 99.95% for Storage Hosting, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance communicated at least 48 hours in advance is excluded from this calculation. If we fail to meet the applicable threshold in a given month, eligible accounts receive a service credit as detailed in our SLA documentation, applied automatically to the following invoice.

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, a confirmed Acceptable Use Policy violation, or a legal requirement to do so — with notice where practicable, and immediately where necessary to protect our network or other customers. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support; refunds, where applicable, follow the terms published for your specific plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shreenova Cloud's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You retain full ownership of the data, applications, and content you host on our infrastructure. We claim no rights to it beyond what's necessary to provide the service (such as storing and transmitting it) and will not access its content except as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups in addition to any backup service you've purchased from us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders directly. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
